Thank you for visiting Fig & Trellis, a service of It's Only Natural Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Fig & Trellis provides its website and services (collectively the "site") subject to the following terms of service ("Terms").
By visiting the site, creating an account, submitting a form or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the site.
What we do
Fig & Trellis designs and sells Christian wallpaper. Every order is made to order and printed in fixed-size rolls. That is why a few of the rules below (about choosing the right quantity, color and returns) matter more than they would for an ordinary shop. We work with a print partner in the United States to produce your order.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we will say so on the site or by email. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
Who can use the site
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. The site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Your account
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it. Please give us accurate and current contact details.
Orders and made-to-order products
- Your choices. Wallpaper is sold in fixed-size rolls: every roll is 26 in wide and 27 ft long, in both paste the wall and peel and stick. You are responsible for measuring your walls, working out how many rolls you need, and choosing the right design, color, type and quantity. The roll calculator on each product page is a guide only. We recommend ordering a sample first.
- Order acceptance. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing or stock error, suspected fraud, or a problem with a print file, and if we do we will refund anything you have paid for it.
- Cancellations and changes. Because orders go into production quickly, we can only change or cancel an order that has not started printing. Contact us as soon as possible.
- Order all your rolls together. Every roll in one order is printed in the same run. Separate orders are separate print runs, so color can vary very slightly between them. Please order your whole project together.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and are charged per roll, based on the design and roll type you choose. Shipping is a flat rate per order and is shown at checkout. The total shown in your cart is the total we will charge, plus any taxes shown at checkout. Prices can change at any time, but a change will not affect an order that has already been placed. You must use a payment method you are entitled to use, and you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge it for your order.
Shipping
Orders are made to order and ship within 6 business days; this and delivery times are estimates only. Shipping costs, delivery times and what happens to a damaged or lost parcel are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Returns and refunds
Because every order is made to order, there are no change-of-mind returns. Misprints and damage are replaced. Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Colors, samples and product information
We work hard to show our wallpaper accurately, but screens, lighting, wall color and the material you choose all change how a pattern looks, and the mock-up room photos are illustrations. A sample is the best way to check color, scale and finish. Small differences in color between a screen image, a sample and your finished order are normal and are not a defect. Technical details such as thickness, finish and fire rating come from our print partner and may change if the material changes.
Our content and intellectual property
The site, including its text, designs, patterns, images, photographs, logos and software, belongs to Fig & Trellis, to our designers, or to our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view the site and print or save pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, sell, reproduce, scrape or republish our designs or content without our written permission. The wallpaper you buy is for use in your own space; you may not reproduce or resell the designs on it.
Designs and other things you send us
If you send us a design, an application, a message, a review or any other material, you confirm that you own it or are allowed to share it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or break the law. Designers who want us to print and sell their work do so under our separate Artist Agreement. For anything else you send us, you give us permission to use it as needed to respond to you, run the site and improve our service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: break the law; infringe anyone's rights; submit false, hateful, harassing or harmful content; try to gain access to parts of the site you are not meant to reach; interfere with the site or its security; use bots or scrapers without our permission; or use the site to send spam or malicious code. We may remove content, refuse orders or suspend access if we believe these Terms have been broken.
Copyright complaints
If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to hello@figandtrellis.com with the subject "Copyright notice", that identifies the work, tells us where it appears on the site, includes your contact details, states that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized, and states that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. We will review notices promptly and may remove content while we do.
Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it, including cookies and similar technologies. You can adjust your choices on our Your Privacy Choices page.
Links to other websites
The site may link to websites and services we do not control, including our payment processor and our chat provider. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and you use them at your own risk.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that the site will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived, including the right to a product that arrives as described and free of defects. Our wallpaper is not a substitute for professional advice about fire codes, building regulations or surface preparation; please check the requirements for your space.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fig & Trellis and its owners, employees, contractors and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, such as lost profits, the cost of installation labor, or damage to walls or property arising from installation, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnity
You agree to cover the reasonable costs of any claim brought against us because you broke these Terms or someone else's rights, for example by submitting material you did not have the right to submit.
Ending your access
You can stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (for example intellectual property, disclaimers, limits of liability and governing law) will continue after that.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them or out of your use of the site, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your own courts or to rely on the mandatory consumer protection laws of your home country.
General
These Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the site. If a part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.
